The Midlife Metabolic Reset is your 12-week onboarding programme. It guides you through three phases: stabilising your metabolism, calming your nervous system, and restoring hormonal balance.

Yes. We meet you where you're at. Our sessions are designed for midlife women, and we guide you safely through progressive strength training whether you're returning to fitness or starting for the first time.
Small group coaching means you get proper attention, and you'll train alongside women at similar stages of life.
Most women notice changes in energy and sleep within the first few weeks. Body composition changes (fat loss, muscle gain) typically become visible within 6-8 weeks of consistent training.
This isn't a quick fix. It's sustainable, long-term transformation.
