I created Connect Fitness after seeing too many women in their 50s and 60s struggle with menopause weight, low energy and frustration — often following advice that completely ignored what their bodies were actually going through.

My goal is simple: to help women understand what's happening in their bodies and support them with the right kind of strength training and lifestyle habits to thrive in this stage of life.

I specialise in helping women in their 50s and 60s lose menopause weight, build strength, and feel confident in the second half of life.

Most of the women I work with are in their 50s and 60s, proving that strength, energy and confidence don't have an age limit.

Connect Fitness is a midlife strength and lifestyle coaching community based in Rake, near Liphook, working with women across Liphook, Liss, Petersfield, Haslemere and the surrounding villages.
