Menopause Fitness & Weight Loss Coach

I created Connect Fitness after seeing too many women struggle with stubborn weight around the middle, low energy and frustration — often following advice that completely ignored what their bodies were actually going through.

My goal is simple: to help women understand what's happening in their bodies and support them with the right kind of training and lifestyle habits for this stage of life.

I specialise in helping women aged 40–65 navigate menopause, lose stubborn weight around the middle, rebuild energy and feel like themselves again.

Most of the women I work with are in their 50s and 60s, proving that strength, energy and confidence don't have an age limit.

Connect Fitness is a small group fitness and lifestyle coaching community based in Rake, near Liphook, working with women across Liphook, Liss, Petersfield, Haslemere and the surrounding villages.
