I created Connect Fitness after seeing too many women in their 50s and 60s struggle with menopause weight, low energy and frustration... often following advice that completely ignored what their bodies were actually going through.
My goal is simple: to help women understand what is happening in their bodies and support them with the right kind of strength training and lifestyle habits to feel their best at this stage of life.
I specialise in helping women in their 50s and 60s lose menopause weight, build strength, and feel confident in the second half of life. Most of the women I work with prove that strength, energy and confidence have no age limit.
Connect Fitness is a midlife strength and lifestyle coaching community based in Rake, near Liphook, working with women across Liphook, Liss, Petersfield, Haslemere and the surrounding villages.
