I help women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s take back control of their health, boost their energy, and feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies again... through supportive, expert-led group fitness classes.
After years of working with women who’ve felt ignored by the typical fitness industry... doing all the “right” things but still struggling with stubborn weight, low energy, and frustrating body changes... I realised there had to be a better way.
That’s why I created a community-focused approach built around smart strength training, metabolic health, and real-life support.

Every session is designed to support your body, improve mobility, and boost energy in a way that’s sustainable. Plus, you’ll be part of a friendly, like-minded community, with expert coaching to guide you at your own pace.
Just comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We provide all the equipment you’ll need. If it’s your first session, we’ll walk you through everything, so no need to worry.
No problem. Our classes are designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re getting back into fitness or starting for the first time, we’ll guide you safely and help you build confidence, strength, and energy at your own pace.

We offer rolling monthly memberships, so there’s no long-term tie-in. You can adjust or cancel with 30 days' notice if needed—but most of our members stay with us for years because they love the results and the community.
