With over a decade of hands-on experience and a results-driven approach, Scott helps clients break free from diet frustration, reverse insulin resistance, and feel strong and confident in their bodies again. His mission is simple: to empower women to take back control of their health—without overwhelm, confusion, or quick fixes.
